Mission Statement

For

His Restoration Ministries

“Restoring the King and His Kingdom to the church so the world can experience His love and power.”

And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.

(Mat 24:14)

Too often this verse is quoted without the significant qualifier “of the kingdom.”  The church has preached several kinds of “gospel.”  We have, for the most part, preached a self-serving gospel that makes Christ’s work on the cross mostly about us when His first and foremost desire was to do the work that His Father had sent Him to do.

Satisfying the demands of the Law that said “the soul that sins shall die” only set the stage for man to be restored to the Father’s original purpose for us which was to “be fruitful and multiply and replenish the earth.” (Genesis 1:28)

According to Genesis 1:26 God’s purpose for man was laid out:

Then God said, "Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth."

(Gen 1:26)

Kingdom and domain go together.  Man was designed to have “dominion” over a kingdom.  He was to be a co-regent ruling under God’s authority making the invisible kingdom of heaven manifest in the visible world God had created.  God has never changed His mind about this and fully intends to finish what He started.

The church seems to have missed the implications of Matthew 24.  Only when the gospel of the kingdom is preached in all the world will the end come and until we preach THAT gospel the end cannot come.

The purpose of His Restoration Ministries is to herald this Gospel of the Kingdom in every manner possible for it is the true gospel and the one that Christ promised would be followed with sign and wonders according to Mark 16:15 – 18.
